Position / Location
• Accounting Associate (Part/Full Time, Entry Level ) / Koreatown, LA
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Bilingual (fluent in both Korean and English preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- An advanced proficiency in MS Office products: Excel (requirement), Word, PowerPoint, and Quicken
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and process month-end and year-end closing
- Work accurately with detailed financial information to ensure all calculations are accurate.
- Skill and experience in financial management, including a basic understanding of internal accounting controls sufficient to analyze transactions and activity to ensure compliance.
- Organize and maintain personal records; vacation, sick leave for employees, process payroll
- Responding to company mail from state, DMV, IRS and other bills
- Receiving and Sending samples, Tracking packages
- Managing the office work environment, supplies and equipment

- 모든 회계자료의 정확성을 위한 상세 재무 정보기입 및 검토
- 충분한 내부 회계통제에 대한 기본 이해를 포함하여 재무 관리관행에 대한 기술 및 경험
- 인사기록 정리 및 유지, 직원 근태(휴가, 병가 등)에 맞는 급여지급
- 주정부, DMV 및 IRS 우편 응답, 기타 청구서 처리
- 샘플 발송 및 수령, 패키지 추적관리
- 사무환경 및 사무용품 및 비품관리
