Ms. Christine Lee, who runs her own boutique law firm, Christine Lee Law Group, graduated from USC Law School in 1979 has over 30 years of immigration and corporate law experience and specializes in employment and family based immigration. Her professional success is matched by her commitment to dealing with issues affecting the Asian American community, particularly the Korean American Community. Ms. Lee believes that it is the responsibility of the fortunate to devote their knowledge and resources to help bring the less fortunate in the community along. Much like other Asian Community advocates, Ms. Lee strives to be a voice for community concerns, to create channels of communication for the community with public officials and other organizations, and to the provide opportunities for members of the community. She devotes much of her time to organizations that seek to serve community needs. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Overseas Korean Trade Association (OKTA), Korean American Scholarship Foundation (KASF), a Board of Directors of the Korean Community Lawyers Association (KCLA), Board of Directors of USC Korean American Alumni Association, a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a special member of Korean Investors Traders (KITA) and Korean American Logistics Association (KALA). On a professional level, Ms. Lee develops strategies and prepares petitioning papers for a broad range of employment-related and family-based immigration benefits. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and all California Courts including the California Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. As US immigration law is federal, she also takes cases nationwide and worldwide.
