Instructors work closely with students and parents to help them gain confidence, improve their self-esteem, become more disciplined, and help them reach their goals.

Our instructors are expected to work closely with their managers to achieve the school goals related to active student count, student progress, monthly revenue, and retail sales. They assist with tracking daily student attendance. They are expected to teach fun, safe, high energy, highly motivating classes. EVERY student needs to feel special EVERY day and should receive an Awesome Call every 3 months.

Specific Standards and Behavior

Instructor Schedule.

• Instructors are considered part-time employees. An employee who works less than a regular forty (40) hour work week is considered a part-time employee. If you are a part-time employee, please understand that you are not eligible for some benefits that may include vacation pay or profit sharing, except as granted on occasion, or to the extent required by provision of state and federal laws.
• Sample Schedule. Monday-Friday(Flexible schedule) 2:00pm - 8:00pm = 5 to 6 hours/Per day

Saturday 9:00am- 12:00pm = 3 hr.

• In addition to the above schedule, Instructors may be expected to attend special events specific to their school; graduations, PNO, birthday parties etc. Exceptions to be approved by Branch Manager.
• As Instructor, you set the pace and energy for all of our students. Peak mental, physical, emotional and martial shape are required.
• Appropriate attire: Full Uniform mandatory when classes begin.
• Tardiness is unacceptable. Be on time 15 minutes early.
• Treat all team members the same level of respect due our best student.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
