Peter Paik is a National Team Builder for eXp Realty, the first cloud-based real estate brokerage that is publicly traded in Nasdaq.  He was previously the President of GMC Realty Advisors, which is a full service real estate brokerage company with a corporate office based in Los Angeles. Previously he enjoyed an 11-year career as the Senior Vice President with one of the largest landlord of commercial buildings throughout Southern California and was involved the acquisition, leasing, overseeing tenant improvement, and operations of over two million square feet of commercial space. Peter has been in real estate since 1990 with more than 25 years in the real estate industry. He has helped numerous clients invest in real estate and yield huge profits. His client base ranges from private individuals to major corporations in all of their real estate matters. He has a myriad of real estate experiences including selling luxury residential homes, apartment, retail, and other commercial buildings. Peter is currently the President of the Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of Southern California representing over 5000 Korean brokers and agents. Previously, he was the President of the Greater Los Angeles CCIM Chapter. He holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a highly coveted designation among commercial brokers.
