Many restaurants opened and closed down over the past years. Some say it had to do with the economy, while others believe those businesses failed to stand out among the thousands of competitors. Our Company plans to stay on top of both of these obstacles, and any others that would hinder our progress. Since the launch of its first restaurant, located in Westwood, California in 2005, Ami Japanese Restaurant, Inc. steadily expanded, opening in various locations with shared success amongst all, becoming Modu Management Company of today.

Modu Management owns and manages over 33 restaurants located all over Southern California. The headquarter office is located at Vernon, California, where it works as a hub to all of the restaurants under its wing. The restaurants benefit from infrastructure that consists of a wide range of restaurants and human resources. The restaurants are divided into three larger categories: Japanese Ramen (all under the name of Kopan Ramen), Japanese Restaurants and Korean Cuisine.
