The Customer Support will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our valued customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Customer Support Team Lead and other stakeholders in the company, the Customer support position requires direct engagement in customer relations and supply chain management.
