Our Mission at Cesna: 

• Providing full cycle of recruitment process with an emphasis in maintaining excellent relations with clients (senior management and executive personnel) to develop a strategic staffing plan to meet the HR needs of their division, department, or any part of the organization.
• Acting as the chief liaison between senior management, employees, and clients to improve operational system processes and policies to ensure efficient management reporting, information flow, and business organizational planning.
• Conducting meetings with hiring managers, attending college recruiting events, holding job fairs, performing background checks as necessary, negotiating terms and rates for each client, explaining benefits, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to match their qualifications with clients’ needs within schedule.
• Prepare and edit contract agreements or documentations for clients.
• Negotiate compensation package and incentives (i.e. relocation, signing bonus, etc.) with respective hiring and decision making personnel and then extended offer to candidate.
• Training new interns or trainees about technical skills, company policies and operation procedures.
• Identify, select and recommend the best candidate for the clients' requirement.
