Kwang Jin was established in 1973, with 13 factories located in Korea, India, China, Vietnam, Mexico and U.S.A. One thousand five hundred employees over the world manufacture and supply door modules, window regulators and other body hardware parts for Hyundai/Kia Motors, General Motors, VW, Chrysler and other OEMs.Kwang Jin America, a subsidiary of Kwang Jin Korea and is a Tier 1 supplier to General Motors and Chrysler. Kwang Jin America is located in the City of Madison Heights, Michigan and is housed under one roof with over 56,000 square feet of office space for engineering, sales, a test lab, warehouse and production. A new building was recently purchased and renovated in Warren, MI to accommodate our expansion plans. These buildings house our production(assembly) lines of window regulators and deck-lid hinges for Buick LaCrosse, Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrain and more assembly lines will be added in the future.
