Job Description Life Wisdom, located in Los Angeles, CA is currently seeking a full-time Debt Negotiator someone who can successfully perform the following tasks or scope of responsibilities: Negotiate settlement offers, Meet monthly quotas, Take inbound calls from clients and creditors. Position Summary: Debt settlement negotiator has the responsibility of effectively negotiating the past due and charge off credit debt with creditor. Consistently Job Requirements , High School Diploma or GED , B.A preferred , 1-2 Years of Collections/Recovery experience or Have a minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or banking experience or debt settlement experience , Must be fluent in both Korean and English , Must have an average of 13 months of job stability with an excellent attendance record , Must be very willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction (up to 95%) Computer Software/Hardware: , Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Physical Requirements/Work Environment: , Must be able to stand and for long periods of time, talking, hearing constantly , Typing, data entry in screens daily , Sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily. , Noise Level: moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere.
