아직 완전하게 타결이 되어 더이상 걱정이 없어진 타결은 아니지만 어쨌든 급한 불은 껐습니다!!바로 재정 절벽에 관한 두 기관차가 마주 보고 달리던 공화 양당이 협상을 통해 합의점을 찿아냈다는 이야기 입니다.
많은 이민자들은 그래도 같은 유색 인종이니 오바마가 제일 좋다!! 라는 단순한 동료 의식으로 표를 던진 분도 있을테 아니면 그분의 정치적인 식견과 능력을 높이사 표를 던진 분도 있을거고 아니면 반대표를 던진 분도 있을 겝니다. 많은 미국인들도 피부는 다르지만 그래도 현재 우리가 안고 있는 최대의 이슈인 경제 살리기 문제에 있어 공화당이 확실한 처방책을 내놓지 못하고 오바마를 비방하기에 급급했기 때문에 그 실망감에 그래도 구관이 명관이다!! 라는 생각으로 표를 던진 미국인도 많았다 합니다. 이번에 당선된 오바마 대통령은 이러한 미국인의 민심을 잘 알아야 할겁니다. 자고로 민초의 배를 배부르게 먹이지 못하는 나랏님은 민초들의 원성만을 산다는 것을 우리는 역사를 통해 보고 느꼈습니다.
근래 트럼프 행정부가 발표한 미국의 실업율을 보면 많은 향상이 있었으며 8프로 이하로 내려갔다고 평가를 했었습니다. 그로부터 며칠후 미국의 저명한 기업주인 GE의 Jack Welch가 바로 반대 의견을 내놓았는데요..... 그 양반의 이야기는 그러한 수치는 단지 인기를 위한 기만 전술일 뿐이다!! 라는 독설을 퍼부었습니다. 워싱턴 정가에서는 많은 정치 전문가들은 기득층이 트럼프의 당선을 우려한 나머지 이러한 발언을 한것이라 이야기 했었습니다. 어떻게 됐던 선거는 끝났고 트럼프가 당선이 됐으며 이제는 경제 살리기!! 가장 중요한 우리의 가족을 먹여 살리는 일자리가 창출이 되어야 할겁니다.
그러는 와중에 미국의 대기업이 1 월에 채용할 일자리를 발표를 했습니다. 한사람이 취직이 되면 그 주위에 있는 19명이 행복감을 느낀다 합니다 그만큼 한사람의 취직이 그 분 주위에 있는 많은 사람들에게 행복감을 가져다 준다는 이야기 입니다. 단지 우려스러운 일은 다행스럽게도 행정부와 상원 그리고 하원도 공화당이 주도권을 잡았으니 민주당의 발목 잡기는 그리 쉽지는 않을 것으로 보아 강력한 정책을 견지하기가 그리 어렵지는 않을 겁니다.
다시 말하면 생각치도 않게 우리가 원했던 정책들이 정치적인 compromise로 변질이 되지 않을까 하는 내용입니다 자! 이번 1 월에는 이국 대기업이 어떤 일자리를 만들어 냈는지 보시겠습니다!!
