[Job description]
- Direct and control all sales, marketing and promotional activities for the Primary Care BU to ensure that sales targets will be achieved
- Develop and implement marketing policies and programs, including pricing, conditions of sale, advertising product service and promotion
- Manage marketing & sales expenditure and operational expenditure, ensuring that financial targets are met
- Develop and implement marketing and sales organization’s structure, processes, training and systems
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve best practice.
- Build relationship with KOL.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities
[Requirement]
- Education : Bachelor degree
- Career : More than 10 years for Pharmaceutical market
- Qualification : Leading & Developing People
- Language : Fluent in Korean & in English
