¡§    Residential Mortgage Officer – Orange County Area

- 3-5 years of experience in mortgage banking.

       - Must have a underwriter experience with a working knowledge of investor and government guidelines, policies and procedures.

       - Technical expertise in federal consumer lending regulations including TILA, RESPA, HMDA ECOA, Flood, and GFE.

       - Extensive knowledge of various home mortgage programs and products.

- Proficiency with CALYX/Point is a must.

- Bilingual ability in English & Korean preferred.  

¡§    Loan Officer – Orange County Area

- Bachelor¡¯s degree required preferably in Finance or Economics.

      - Min 3 years of prior bank experience as Commercial Loan Officer.

      - Professional verbal and written communication skill.

      - Excellent time management and customer relations skills.

      - Must be fluent in English and Korean.

      Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
