BSW is seeking Assistant Retail Managers for our retail stores located in Albany, New York. The candidate must have an experience working in a fast-paced retail environment with good customer service by providing merchandise and supervising staff.

The applicant must be able to:

1.) Speak fluent English and Korean.

2.) Be comfortable with using computers

3.) POS systems to perform inventory (HQ)

4.) Must be forward thinking and self-motivated to perform daily tasks of making and maintaining sales

5.) Communicate efficiently and direct all employees to perform their jobs

6.) Show and portray leadership skills and be very organized and is quick to learn new concepts and ideas
