We provide state-of-the-art solutions on digital signage and media façade through our ¡°fully-transparent architectural multimedia products and IT building materials¡± manufactured by our parent companies, G-Smatt (unlisted manufacturing holding company) and G-Smatt Global (listed on KOSDAQ market in Korea with a market capitalization of ~US$550million). We have decent amount of reference sites in Asia, and we¡¯ve finally decided to enter the largest and the most important market, USA in the 2nd half of 2016. We will have the headquarter office + showroom in The Park Downtown LA in S Figueroa St in late 4th quarter this year. In 2017, we plan to open 2 sales offices in Dallas and NYC.

Minimum Qualifications
Sharp, fully motivated, team-oriented colleagues in a fun office environment
Architectural Engineering Certificate or other construction related certificates holder.
At least 10 years of working experience in large general contractors, architect firms or tier-1 subcontractors
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer the holder of PMP (Project management professional) and related Certificates. The more related Certificates, the better.
Working experience in construction ecosystem preferred (managed at least 3 construction projects)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Process Control
Responsible for control and communication of all the processes (project research, planning, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance)
Communicate with clients and subcontractors
Calculate the estimated schedule from manufacturing to installation
Quality Control
Based on various construction experience (including interior as well as exterior) and knowledge on construction details, manage all the processes from planning to installation and finishing work
Analyze the drawback from each step of the construction process and set up a training program for quality upgrade
Organize detailed process needed for each installation site and set up a quality guideline based on it
Manage and distribute the workload to the members
Analyze the customers¡¯ needs and improve the products and installation methods
Manufacturing Cost Control
Research the best contractors that can help to reduce the manufacturing costs and guarantee state-of-the-art installation
Manage the contractors to minimize required reinstallation time and to avoid rework
Safety and Environment Control
Organize a safety training program regularly
Co-work with the sales team
Meet the potential clients with the sales team to promote sales activities and to address highly technical questions
