Sales Engineer

1.Requirement

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business/or engineering and accredited college or university

• Engineering experience a plus

• Capability of Korean language is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer relations skills

• Well-developed presentation skills

• Ability to work well under time deadlines and pressure.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

• Demonstrated skills in using computers and relevant software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

2.Responsibility

• Develop additional business opportunities from existing customers

• Make a quotation for products/ Negotiate engineering and commercial solutions with customers.

• Maintain a list of active/open customer issues Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize files regarding products and customer's activities.

• Seek new business and maintain/expand current business

• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide technical solutions that meet customer's requirements

• Communicate with internal co-workers in Korea, China, Mexico, Brazil and Europe with regard to pricing, engineering.

• Investigate the market prices and competitor's pricing

• Travel domestically and internationally to customers and manufacturing sites

• Complete work assignments within allotted time frame for current projects.

• Support co-workers activities as required

• Assist management in developing and negotiating customer contracts
