ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE


Responsibilities:

- Organizing and maintaining the company's paper and e-filing system,e.g. Dropbox, Contracts, Vendor info, etc.

- Coordinating with trade and non-trade vendors.

- Knowledge in accounting, managing POs, invoices, Quotations, Licenses, and Contracts.

- Managing inventory, i.e. cataloging, labeling, etc.

- Miscellaneous tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

- Previous knowledge of financial accounting.

- Proficient with QuickBooks is a MUST

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)

- Proficient in English and Korean
