Responsibilities:
Interact with external clients and business partners, and schedule meetings and conference calls, etc.

Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S. preferred

Comfortable in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, yet remains proactive, resourceful and efficient,

Job Position #2 Accountant (Senior Associate, Associate, Intern)
Responsibilities:
Assurance engagements or agreed-upon procedures engagements
Prepare individual, corporate, partnership or other tax returns
Consult with reputable domestic and international businesses and high net worth individuals to assist with navigating complex tax regulations
Strategic international tax planning and delivery of high quality tax services.
Other responsibilities expected as associates and sr. associates in U.S. public accounting firms
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university (for associates and sr. associates)
Must be comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
CPA licensed or eligible to sit for the CPA exam
Ability to meet challenging client requirements, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
Strong interests in international tax and accounting field
Very good writing and communication skills
Job Position #3 Attorney (Associate, Law Clerk, Paralegal)
Responsibilities:
Assisting senior attorneys in providing clients with effective legal advice and offering legal strategy on business issues (contracts, corporate, real estate, labor).
Assisting senior attorneys with negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing agreements.
Business immigration (E-2, EB-3, EB-2, etc)
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university (for law clerk)
Must be comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
Law degree (JD, LLM) (for associate)
Member of the CA or other state bar preferred
Very good writing and communication skills
