Open position for Medical Assistant (front and back) / Receptionist for small pediatric clinic in La Palma

Bilingual: English and Korean REQUIRED

Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Wed 9am-12pm

Responsibilities include:

- greet patients and make appointments

- insurance verifications

- EHR (electronic health records) input. Experience with OFFICEALLY is a plus.

- Prep immunizations

- Collecting copays/payments and billing

- Knowledge of pediatric immunizations and schedules

- take patient vitals

- experience with authorizations/referrals is a plus.

*Entry levels welcome. training on the job will be provided.
