Currently, Ceragem is seeking an energetic and experienced Manager of Marketing & Business Management for Ceragem India. The Manager is responsible for driving products and sales initiatives and work as part of the Marketing & Sales team, providing direction and leadership to team members.

Responsibilities:

¨ª       Support Executive Management in execution of new market development and management

¨ª       Develop and Manage local marketing network

¨ª       Implement new marketing strategies and skills, product knowledge and familiarity with the sales process in distribution models in a designated region(s)

¨ª       Develop various projects and facilitate the creation of marketing materials and sales strategies

¨ª       Promote sales of products

¨ª       Work closely with Executive Management on other corporate matters

Requirements:

¨ª       BA/BS in a related field required

¨ª       Approximately 5+ years of experience in a new market development and business marketing management

¨ª       Ability to construct project plans, interdependent events & critical path activities

¨ª       Ability to work successfully across organizational lines

¨ª       Strong analytical skills

¨ª       Excellent computer skills

¨ª       Must be a team player

¨ª       Must be flexible

¨ª       Must be detail-oriented

¨ª       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

¨ª       Must have excellent time management skills

¨ª       Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred
