Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management in day-to-day administrative and office operation support
- Management in the day-to-day accounting operation
- Maintain and oversight operations of office
- Preparation and review of operational and accounting data reports
- Analysis of internal processes
- Development and implementation of administrative policy changes
- Support business planning with Board of directors
- Account management/Sales support
- Other duty as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience 3 years in Accounting / Business Planning / Progress Management: 3 years
- MBA (Business/Financing) Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbook applications
- Excellent oral and telephone communication skills
II. Administrative and Accounting Assistant (PART-TIME)
Job Description:
The Office Administrative Assistant's tasks range from a day-to-day office administrative operation, Account management Sales support, Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Location: Los Angeles (HQ)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account management/Sales support
- Day-to-day office administrative operation support
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping
- General Office work
- Posting customer checks, vendor payments, and ACH payments
- Keeping financial records up-to-date and reconciling account balances, Bills processing
- Other duty as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbook applications
- Excellent oral and telephone communication skills
