Regional Sales Manager (Region will be defined upon Interview)

 

Job Description

Based in a home office environment, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the design in and certification efforts for Antenna products at major wireless carriers in the U.S. The role will have responsibility for integrating market data & strategies, company capabilities, and sales & business objectives into an actionable plan and getting antennas qualified on customer projects. In addition, the person hired will monitor progress in the market by the sales teams, business unit product development teams, and R&D. They will have responsibility for achieving growth objectives within identified market segments. This position will also have responsibility for driving and growing a specific sales territory including direct customers, Point of Sales OEM's, Public Safety accounts, and Distributors & Wireless Integrator regional offices.
