We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible candidates to join our accounting department.

<Responsibilities>

• Manage all Accounts Payable related matters

• Maintain Inventory data with Quickbooks

• Handle customer payment (Bank Remote Deposit, Billing Inquiry, AR Report)

• Prepare financial analysis and related report in a timely manner

• Monitor and maintain the fixed asset records

• Process Payroll

<Qualifications>

• Degree in accounting or related field

• 0-1 year Accounting & Quickbooks Experience

• Inventory System Experience is a Plus

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Communication Skills & Detail Oriented

• Creative problem-solving Skills

• Bilingual (Korean & English)
