POSITION SUMMARY 

Managing current product line and researching new product and trends, analyze and geneate report. communicate with vendor/manufacturer

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• 2+ years experience as a merchandiser (or equivalent)
• strong negotiation skills
• familiarity with textiles, fabrics, material, technical data sheet
• Able to research new material, functionality
• Product research

2. ACCOUNTANT ( ENTRY LEVEL TO 3-5YR EXPERT )

POSITION SUMMARY 

Responsible for financials and generates reports from that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The accountant also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy. Responsible in planning, coordinating and controlling of purchase orders.  Also monitor production of goods or the effectiveness of services, ensure accurate amount is produced at the right quality and cost and provides administrative support to production staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Issue invoices to customers and ensure receivables are collected promptly
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Issue financial statements, maintain chart of accounts and orderly filing syste with manager
• Planning and organizing production schedules & creating purchase order with manager
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales
• Determining quality control standards

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Outstanding analytical skills

• Experience or basic knowledge with accounting software

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles

• Experience with SAP, ERP and CRM software

• Customer service skills

• Excellent data entry and organizational skills

Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois

Salary: DOE

Schedule: Mon-Friday 

Lunch provided
