3PL Logistics Coordinator

Advanced Warehouse Inc. is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Logistics Operations Specialist in our Secaucus, NJ location.

The position will require the individual to coordinate logistics duties while handling customer service responsibilities to make sure orders are managed effectively. More specifically, the individual will be able to gain experience and knowledge into air and ocean import & export, trucking, 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, amongst other operation procedures.

The position will require the individual to collaborate and work closely with the head of operations with a focus on developing, managing and executing operational processes and tasks in support of day-to-day activities and future growth. This immersive position will bring the individual face-to-face with an array of organizational functions including, but not limited to: operations optimization, marketing, accounting, sales, strategy and planning, infrastructure, client management, systems development, among others. Responsibilities as a 3PL Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Provide full-service customer service to customers to satisfy their needs and requirements
• Plan and manage orders through planning and coordinating with vendors, warehouse, and other relevant parties
• Analyze work processes while doing associated data entry tasks into internal system program
• Inventory tracking and updating
• Record and documentation creation and keeping

Qualifications

A background in Warehouse operations, logistics, and/or supply chain is preferred.

A successful 3PL Logistics Coordinator will possess the following:

• Well organized and quick to work
• Proficient in navigating computer programs (e.g. Microsoft, Excel, Word)
• Good and quick communication skills (both internally and with customers)
• Positive and professional attitude
• Proactive in ability to juggle different responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed by assigned deadline
• Able to work closely and effectively in both as a team and by him/herself

Looking for someone who is able to speak Korean as well as English.

• Working day: 5 Days(Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
• Working Time: 09:00 am ~ 06:00 pm
• Salary: $45,000 - $55,000/annual
