Responsibilities:

Assists attorneys with the preparation and review of various documents and forms for USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office) and clients.
Prepare and provide draft documents to attorneys and clients
Docket, review and process documents from USPTO and clients
Prepare and file documents with the USPTO
Answer telephones and deliver messages
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Must be bilingual in English and Korean
Experience in Patent law office is a plus
Highly responsible and reliable
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Good writing and communication skills

Others:

Working hours: 5 Days/Week, 8 Hours/Day
Location: Irvine, California
Salary based on experience
