Summary
This position will be responsible for preparing annual business plan and analyzing complex data sets to develop/enhance models that comply with the company strategy. He/she will also provide direct reports to Head of Dept./Head of Team by analyzing operational & financial performance results, and developing concise and intuitive reports on a periodic basis.
Responsibilities
Primary
Business planning and analysis
- Review & compile annual & long-term business plans, processes and procedures
- Review each department's business strategy to ensure that they are streamlined with company objectives
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze business requirements, planning, and operating forecast
- Builds and manages financial reports by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends
Secondary
KPI Result Reporting
- Work with MGR & Sr. Analyst of Planning & Performance MGMT in annual KPI planning
- Preparation and analysis of KPI reporting
- Manage and enhance divisional KPI scorecard
- Cross checking for data accuracy & integrity
Tertiary
Operational Support & Ad-hoc Duties
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
- Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 4 years direct experience experience in FP&A, Planning & Reporting, MBO, and Project Management Required
