Responsible for Managing the Accounting team, business plan, closing, cost analysis, taxes, asset, process improvement and providing reports to management. 

       Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Responsible for company tax related issues
• Oversee Accounting and Finance operations
• Cost accounting analysis
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments
• Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues and expenses
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
• Continue to develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
• SAP CO/FI experience preferred
• High Organizational Skills Required!
• Work requires professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• 6+ years of upper level accounting and/or finance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required
