1. B2B Outside Sales Representative
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for generating leads and completing the sales process in a designated territory
- The role will consist of about 70% outside sales and 30% inside sales (follow up with potential clients)
- Work off lead lists both Cold and Warm
- Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers
- Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the workflow
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Desired Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years Outside sales experience
- Be detail oriented and organized
- Willing to learn and implement operational strategy
- Think strategically, but also roll up your sleeves, to solve problems
- Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-pace and goal-driven environment.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines

2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Job Description
- Design artwork for package print.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using adobe suite of software.
- Print production management and work flow.
- Support production team to troubleshoot printing issues.
- Social Media designs and concepts.
Job Requirement
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must-know for this position.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
3. IMPORT COORDINATOR
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure that they can meet production deadlines and order requirements
- Coordinating with a company’s accounting department to ensure that payments are made to suppliers within specified time frames
- Reviewing orders to ensure that they are complete and accurate before passing them along to the next step in the process
- Reviewing inventory levels to determine if additional shipments are needed from suppliers
- Determining shipping needs based on the type of product being shipped and the location where it will be delivered
- Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange for pickup and delivery of goods
- Scheduling shipment dates and times to meet production deadlines and customer needs
- Reviewing purchase orders and other shipping documents to ensure that all requirements have been met
4. MARKETING
- Developing marketing strategies for new products
- Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
- Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
