- Creating invoices, tracking shipment and related inquiries
- Keep / file related documents for maintaining account information
- Tracking, submitting claims, confirming with shipping carriers
- Providing / following up with payment

- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communication
R&D Coordinator
[Requirements]
- Experience in beauty supply stores a plus
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Packaging & Motion Graphics Designer
[Responsibilities and Duties]
- Design Packaging / Promotion / Banner / Display / Web Designs
- Support videos and graphics for Trade Shows
[Qualifications and Skills]
- BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or other Digital Media related field
- Minimum 2 years related experience (in fashion or beauty - Preferred)
- Strong sense of design, typography, and color
- Ability to balance work on multiple projects at same time
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suit (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign) a must
- Ability to edit video and incorporate video assets into designs with Adobe After Effects and Premiere
- Photoshoot & Retouching skills a plus
- Good team working skills
- Korean/English Conversational Level – Preferred
