Position: Accounts Payable Clerk (@ Long Beach, CA)
Duties:
• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Maintaining historical records.
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Qualification:
• Excellent communication skill
• Detail-oriented, works well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, and Excel
• English and Korean bilingual
• 4 year College degree is required (Accounting Major preferred)
Compensation:
• Salary : $50K + per year
• Salary to be negotiated based on skills and experience

Position: Inside Engineering Sales Representative (@ Long Beach, CA / @ Kearny, NJ / Remote Work from Home available @ Mount Area)

• Oversee the forecast demand
• Create supply plans that will ensure availability of products
• Develop and execute inventory plans
• Collaborate with other members of sales and operation
• Make a purchase order monthly
Qualification:

• Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Access
• English and Korean bilingual
• 4 year College degree is required (SCM, Accounting or Statistics Major preferred)
