We are currently seeking an individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and will know how to safely lift and transport objects. The successful candidate for this position will also have a passion for teamwork and a strong commitment to productivity.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as KONEC USA's guidelines.
• Responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently operating various types of forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse/distribution center.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately recording and tracking materials.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ability to safely lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Abilities/Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma, or similar field preferred.
• Forklift Certified
