Min 5 years of related Beauty Industries experience
Extensive Market Knowledge is preferred
Bilingual is preferred (English Speaking is a Must / Korean Speaking is STRONGLY preferred)
Basic Requirements / Overview

Position Accountability
Abiding by/working through the company policy.
Handling Clients¡¯ inquiry / Communicating with Clients on a daily basis.
Being accountable for daily tasks/challenges and response in a timely & accurate manner to
customers/sales inquiries,
and providing excellent customer services.Running several reports/market research per request on given accounts.
Processing orders / Over viewing the flow of each order processing.
Serving as liaison among sales reps, wholesalers, various marketing services and customers.
Preparing invitations, event agenda, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events.
Coordinating with Operations on shipments.
Communicating all programs to account and/or brokers (new item launches, promotions, advertising,
etc.)
Maintenance of items (SKU information, updates, pricing, etc.)
Implement new items and plan-o-gram updates
Maintain store list and history of distribution
Track orders for select accounts; order and pricing accuracy
Completion of all paperwork and forms needed by each account; new items setup, add/deletes, etc.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Assisting the superior in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
Maintaining healthy/sound customer relations and responding to customer¡¯s inquiries via email/fax/phone.
Managing customer¡¯s returns and credits & making sure that return procedure is accurately applied.
