Job Description:
A Therapist provides direct services and support to children with developmental disabilities and their families, implementing clinical
programs for each client in home or school settings under the supervision of a Case Specialist or BID and Senior Supervisor.
Please note:

Therapists must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day

Per IRS standards, only drive time and mileage between client appointments is paid/reimbursed
-
Full time availability is preferred, though new hires must build up to full time hours over time based on existing case flow

Availibility to work from 2PM to 8PM strongly preferred
Reporting Relationship:
Primary Responsibilities:

Provides direct one-on-one intervention and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders in home, school and clinic settings

Maintains punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with clients

Provides training and on-going support to caregivers and family members
-
Implements each client's clinical programming and behavior intervention strategies

Produces timesheets, required reports and other paperwork with accuracy and timeliness

Maintains regular communication with client families and clinical care team

Attends clinical team meetings

Attends mandatory staff and professional development meetings

Complies with company's policies, procedures, timelines and budgets

- Strong clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and all mandatory meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Able to explain strategies and interventions using clear and concise language to caregivers and family members; able to communicate with colleagues and supervisors on the progress of clients' goals
- Excellent time management skills: Efficiently allocates working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, direct therapy hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport within clinical team and with client family
- Able to balance needs of clients, case specialists and supervisors
- Excellent team player attitude: Must be aligned with and supportive of the priorities and plans of the clinical team and the Company
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued, Korean preferred
Required Credentials:

B.A. or B.S. degree required, preferably in psychology, sociology, or related field

BCaBA certified strongly preferred

Prior experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or early intervention services
