DUTIES/ JOB DISCRIPTIONS

 

- Researching New Designs,

     - Clarks and Book keeping

     - Make Decision for New Items

     - Review and track all samples for new items and construction to maintain time-line
     - Review all orders/production samples for accuracy and communicate with vendors

 

- Sales,

     - Sell product line to established accounts in a designated territory.

     - Attain a monthly sales forecast, as well as a call total, order total, and appointment total.

     - Maintain and update all account files, which contain accounts¡¯ order forms and return forms.

     - Assist credit department in collections.

     - Maintain and expand market share.

     - Attend trade shows and trunk shows.

     - Update and track customer orders with our production and warehouse team
     - Help coordinates trade shows

     - Call on customers when needed

 

- Warehouse,

     -Ability to maneuver heavy objects    

     -Ability to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly

     -Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision

     -Good interpersonal skills

     -Prior forklift experience

 

- Accounting, (Office job)

     -Prepares payables and conducts research.-

     -Completes research on expense accounts.

     -Completes daily posting activities to the general ledger, prepares vouchers.

     -Sales tax compilations.

     -Provides general support to other areas of the accounting department as necessary.

     -Assists controller with account research as necessary.

     -Provides prompt, accurate and exceptional consistent customer service to all internal and

       external   customers, clients and associates.

     -Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate
