Currently, Ceragem is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategic Planning for Ceragem <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">India</st1:place></st1:country-region>. The Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing corporate strategies for the Company. The Manager will be involved in planning, executing, managing and reviewing corporate strategies in targeted markets and companies, performing strategic and quantitative analyses and developing and managing corporate businesses.<o:p></o:p>

Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Support Executive Management in execution of deals, negotiations, due diligence, etc.<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Work with Corporate Headquarters and executives to develop and execute growth strategy, specifically in new business platforms<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Develop and promote new corporate strategies for expansion and management of for organizational stability<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Track assigned markets and business segments and prepare periodic updates<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Perform and/or initiate other projects and tasks required by Executive Management<o:p></o:p>

Requirements:<o:p></o:p>
Ø       BA/BS in a related field required (Legal background preferred)<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Approximately 7+ years of experience in a corporate business management & strategic planning roles or other related field.<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Ability to construct project plans, interdependent events & critical path activities<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Ability to work successfully across organizational lines<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Strong analytical skills<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Excellent computer skills<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Knowledge of basic GAAP accounting and reporting principles<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Must be a team player<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Must be flexible<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Must be detail-oriented<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Excellent verbal and written communication skills<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Must have excellent time management skills to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume environment<o:p></o:p>
Ø       Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred<o:p></o:p>
